Large Square Rotating Platform
Despite its compact size, the UW-03 is equipped with a larger square rotating platform, allowing you to accommodate larger models or more small parts at once:

Magnetic Propeller for Stubborn Resin Residues
The UW-03 uses a powerful magnetic propeller, creating an intense vortex of water or alcohol that removes even the most stubborn resin residues from figures and miniatures.
- The propeller spins at 500 rpm, increasing the water speed by 31%.
Anti-Rolling Rotating Plate
Unlike other Wash&Cure stations, the UW-03 is focused on stability. The square rotating platform features an elevated edge, which effectively prevents 3D models from being swept away by the vortex. The rotating plate is also equipped with 4 spherical load points for increased stability.
360° UV Curing
UW-03 comes with an optimized arrangement of UV LEDs at 18.405 nm, ensuring intense UV exposure and fast curing of the model. The rotating platform ensures 360° UV treatment, curing the models evenly from all angles.

More Flexibility for Washing and Curing
With UW-03, you have several options for washing and curing your 3D printed models:
- Washing basket: fully utilizes the 6.72 L
- washing volume (210 x 160 x 200 mm).
- Suspended or direct washing: compatible with platforms between 8.9" and 10.3".
- The basket washing cycle is suitable for models with irregular shapes.
- Conventional curing on the rotating plate for accurate positioning of individual prints.
- Safety First!
Although the colored lid blocks 99.9% of harmful UV rays to the eyes, it is always advised not to look directly at the UV light.
- The curing process will be interrupted as soon as the UV protective lid is not correctly in place.
- The washing container is completely sealed to prevent leaks, spills, or evaporation of liquids during the washing process.
Intuitive Control
The speed and timer for the WASH/CURE processes can be adjusted quickly, depending on the type of resin, the size, and complexity of the model. The physical buttons provide tactile feedback during operation, ensuring intuitive control.
